6. Subscription Plans and Payments

• Premium Tier: $49/month - Full access to all signals and features
• VIP Tier: $149/month - All Premium features plus broker integration and advanced tools

6.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

6.3 Refund Policy

• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@urtradingexpert.com
• No refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscriptions
• Refunds are at our sole discretion

6.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for the current billing period after cancellation
• Access to premium features continues until the end of the paid period

7. Intellectual Property

All content, signals, analysis, software, and materials provided through the Service are the property of UR Trading Expert or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Resell or redistribute our signals
• Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our algorithms or methods

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or misuse the Service
• Share your account with unauthorized users
• Fail to pay subscription fees

Terminated accounts will not receive refunds for unused subscription periods.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
