How do I get started with UR Trading Expert?

Getting started is easy! Join our Telegram bot at @UR_Trading_Expert_bot, then choose a subscription plan at /subscribe to start receiving signals.

What assets do you provide signals for?

We provide signals for five symbols: XAUUSD (gold), EURUSD, GBPUSD, BTC, and ETH. Premium includes EURUSD, GBPUSD, and XAUUSD. VIP includes all five (Premium plus BTC and ETH).

How accurate are the trading signals?

Our validated 12-month backtest shows a 47.8% TP1 hit rate, 1.93 profit factor, and 253 signals (backtested, confidence ≥80). Past performance does not guarantee future results. Each signal includes a confidence score (0-100%).

Do I need to follow every signal?

No, you don't have to follow every signal. Many traders choose to be selective based on confidence scores, asset preferences, or market conditions. However, following all signals with proper position sizing can help diversify risk.

How do I manage risk with your signals?

Every signal includes a stop loss level to limit potential losses. We recommend risking only 1-3% of your account per trade. Never risk more than you can afford to lose, and always use the provided stop loss levels.

Can I use these signals with any broker?

Yes! Our signals work with any broker or trading platform. The signals provide entry, take profit, and stop loss levels that you can execute on any platform that supports your chosen assets.

What's the difference between Premium and VIP?

Premium ($29/mo or $249/yr): EURUSD, GBPUSD, and XAUUSD signals via your private Telegram channel; entry, TP1, TP2, and stop-loss on every signal; daily recaps; email support.

VIP ($99/mo or $799/yr): All Premium signals plus BTC and ETH; priority delivery; VIP dashboard with position size calculator; private VIP Telegram channel; priority support.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through the Telegram bot by going to Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Paid subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase under our refund policy. Contact support@urtradingexpert.com for assistance. See our Refund Policy for details.
