IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using UR Trading Expert services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UR TRADING EXPERT LLC ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

UR Trading Expert provides educational trading signals, market analysis, and trading-related information through a Telegram bot and website. Our services include:

  • Trading signals for various financial instruments (cryptocurrency, forex, and gold)
  • Market analysis and educational content
  • Rule-based signal engine insights
  • Risk management tools and calculators
  • Educational resources and tutorials

NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE: All signals, analysis, and information provided are for educational and entertainment purposes only. This is NOT investment advice, financial advice, or trading advice. We do not provide personalized investment recommendations.

3. Risk Disclaimer

TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS:

  • Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital
  • Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose
  • Only risk capital that you are willing to lose
  • Seek independent financial advice before making trading decisions

4. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any signals or information provided; the profitability of any trading decisions based on our signals; the success rate or win rate of our signals; or any specific financial results or returns. All trading decisions are made at your own discretion and risk.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes; not rely solely on our signals for trading decisions; conduct your own research and analysis; understand the risks involved in trading; comply with all applicable laws and regulations; maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials; not share your account with others; and not use the Service to violate any laws or regulations.

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

6.1 Subscription Tiers

Signals are delivered via Telegram. We cover five symbols only: XAUUSD, EURUSD, GBPUSD, BTC, and ETH.

  • Premium — $29/month or $249/year: EURUSD, GBPUSD, and XAUUSD signals; entry, TP1, TP2, and stop-loss on each signal; private Telegram channel; daily signal recaps; email support
  • VIP — $99/month or $799/year: All Premium signals plus BTC and ETH; priority signal delivery; VIP dashboard with position size calculator; private VIP Telegram channel; priority support

Backtested 12-month performance (live config, confidence ≥80): 47.8% TP1 hit rate, 1.93 profit factor, 253 signals. Broader validation: 669 trades, 39.9% TP1 rate, PF 1.37. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6.2 Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance, depending on the plan you select
  • Payments are processed through Stripe
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

6.3 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@urtradingexpert.com
  • No refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscriptions
  • Refunds are at our sole discretion

6.4 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for the current billing period after cancellation
  • Access to premium features continues until the end of the paid period

7. Intellectual Property

All content, signals, analysis, software, and materials provided through the Service are the property of UR TRADING EXPERT LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission; resell or redistribute our signals; use our content for commercial purposes without authorization; or reverse engineer or attempt to extract our algorithms or methods.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • UR TRADING EXPERT LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service
  • We are not responsible for any trading losses you may incur
  • We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on our signals or information
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UR TRADING EXPERT LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your trading decisions and activities, or any third-party claims related to your use of our signals.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time; perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service; and update or change features without prior notice.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, abuse or misuse the Service, share your account with unauthorized users, or fail to pay subscription fees. Terminated accounts will not receive refunds for unused subscription periods.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (including but not limited to Telegram, Stripe, and trading brokers). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. UR TRADING EXPERT LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, is the contracting party. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and UR TRADING EXPERT LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
