Our refund policy for UR Trading Expert subscriptions and services
Fair and Transparent: We want you to be satisfied with UR Trading Expert. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed for our subscription services.
1. Refund Eligibility
- 7-Day Window: Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
- First Purchase Only: This refund window applies to first-time subscribers only
- Full Refund: If eligible, you will receive a full refund of the subscription amount paid
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at support@urtradingexpert.com
- Include your account email or Telegram username
- Provide the date of your subscription purchase
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
We will respond to your refund request within 2-3 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Partial Months: No refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscriptions
- Renewals: Subscription renewals after the initial 7-day period
- After Cancellation: No refunds for the current billing period after you have cancelled
- Account Termination: Terminated accounts (due to Terms violations) do not receive refunds for unused periods
4. Refund Processing
- Discretion: Refunds are at our sole discretion. We evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
- Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe/card)
- Bank Processing: It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement
5. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Access to premium features continues until the end of your paid period.
Refund returns your payment for the current period if you request it within 7 days of purchase. After a refund is processed, your subscription access will be revoked.
